Well the results are in and although we did not meet the mark for the amount of entries needed in order to go through with this contest we did get some rather engaging and avant-garde entries.  To those who took time out to enter and aid this competition Maiden Co. extends a deep and hearty thanks.  And to all else go ahead and enjoy these kamis, and if possible drop the authors a line at their emails on what you think.  Or you can post a review on the Otaku World forums!

You will need a Kamishibai viewer in order to view these files and those can be found:   Here or Here

THE ENTRIES:

Piquant :  A much needed witty entry from ChibiAlex-chan.  I was initially surprised at how well this fit the card description.  Good work ChibiAlex!

Ballade Eins : This kami brings a much needed sense of elegance to the medium of Kamishibai.  Relying heavily on prose it seems to bring kamishibai back to its early 20th century roots.

Curved Blade :  Despite what Raymond may think of it, I truly did like this entry. The "rambling" style gives it that slightly off your feet feeling, and the washed out look from airbrushing hints at deeper levels to the story.
